Returns Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our most important priority, however please note that our T-Shirts, Hoodies and Bags and made to order so we do not allow any refunds or exchanges unless one of these items is faulty. Please order carefully.

In the event you are not happy with any other product we will either give you a replacement product or refund the purchase price you have paid for the product under the following circumstances subject to the “Return conditions” below.

  • If products are damaged in transit or faulty please contact the Neighbourly team as soon as possible. 
  • We will do everything possible to see that the manufacturer fixes or replaces the product to your satisfaction, in most cases we expect to do an immediate replacement.
  • We will pay for the return shipping of any product that we have sent in error or that has arrived damaged. 

If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to wrong sizing or colour etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us. All we ask is that the product is not, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box/with tags.
